Customer Reviews
I don’t normally leave really bad reviews, especially about fast food, but this experience was awful, I think my bagel was two bottoms, the hashbrowns were soggy and oil soaked tasting with no crunch to them at all, the weird sous vide egg things had no flavor and the refresher wasn’t stirred. I know they do their best, but this experience wasn’t it for me, like probably won’t give them a second try it was so bad. Sorry.
The service from the staff was very poor—orders are prepared far too slowly, and there is a total lack of control and efficiency. We waited over 40 minutes for just two croissants. To make matters worse, with three employees on duty, someone simply forgot to make our order. They definitely need to improve their customer service. People are always looking for coffee, but this kind of experience makes you never want to return to a place with such terrible service. If they want to improve, management really needs to look into the staff at this location. I noticed something strange in the drive-thru line: for some reason, they were forcing drivers to pull up past the pickup window. Then, the employees had to physically walk out of the store to reach the customer's car window. This creates "d
3 of the 4 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong and the wait is on average is 5-10 minutes in the drive thru alone. Recently moved from Crestview where I’d go to the other location and never have any issues. Last time I ordered I waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong order and when I told the lady she said they’re really busy but the order should match the sticker. I tasted the drink and explained it’s definitely not right cause I get the same thing every time. She again stated the drink should match the sticker. Kind of tired of wasting money at places that can’t even get an order right or offer to remake or refund people when they make a mistake. Do better Dunkin.
**1-Star Review: Absolutely the Rudest Dunkin' Experience Ever** I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’ locations over the years, but the one in Fort Walton Beach takes the cake for being the worst. The drive-thru process here makes zero sense and prioritizes corporate metrics over actual customer convenience. You pull up, order your drink at the speaker, pay at the window, and then—even if the parking lot is completely empty and there’s no one behind you—they insist you pull forward to a white line and wait. This happened to me on a Saturday with no other cars in sight, and again the next morning. It’s frustrating because it forces you to wait longer overall, especially when orders take forever. This morning, there was only one poor employee working alone—she was handling orders, making drinks
Went to get a latte in drive through. The girl taking my order said something about not filling it cup because I asked for light ice. I asked if this was new and she said "no it's policy" I told her Nevermind then and to have a good day and drove off. She then leaned all the way out the window screaming and waving her hands at me saying I should never go back there again. I pulled in and went inside to speak with management about this behavior. Manager defended her and said her employee wasn't in the wrong for this horribly unprofessional behavior. At no point was I rude or yelling at anyone. I come here every single day and I've always been pleasant. I just wanted an apology. I have never in my life had someone scream at me across the lot from a drive through window before. I would like a
