⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service Even During the Rush! Despite how busy Dunkin’ was, the team handled everything flawlessly. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager was especially attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Truly excellent service — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The kid at the counter this morning should not be working the counter. I asked what was in a donut and he said I don't know. Ok, well maybe ask someone that knows that works there? You work at the biggest donut corporation in the US and you can't figure out what filling is in the donut? He just kept staring like a space cadet saying I don't know. Some jobs aren't meant for everyone. Customer service is not for you young man.

Would give this place -5 if I could. I ask for extra cheese even charged me for it and they gave me this. The first time I came here, they did the same thing I really wanted to like this place also spent almost 10 minutes in the drive-through. the people that work here really hate there jobs because they are always rude for some reason just save your money and go somewhere else

Either avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts or keep your order as simple as possible. During my visit, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism from both employees on shift. One employee spent an extended amount of time on a personal phone call while customers waited. When he finally assisted someone, he shouted their order and dropped it roughly onto the mobile pickup counter rather than handing it directly to them. The other employee took my order, but forgot to include the donut I requested. When I asked, he admitted he hadn’t charged me and then rang it up separately. I didn’t mind adding another donut at that point, but the one I ordered—a chocolate glazed—was incorrect. The display case itself was messy and poorly presented.
