Dunkin'

Horrible experience. This is my second time having the same problem. Attitude eye rolling an disrespect I only look forward to coming and getting my Dunkin ice latte and every time I say less ice, they never fill it to the top always leaving so much space… I would maybe understand if I said no ice but I ask for less and then when I ask for it to be filled up (because they always but to much ice) i get eye rolling , snatching , and laughing like kids . I am a manager at Dunkin myself for many years and this is just insane this is not what I taught my staff and I started to hate coming here. Last time I was here the girls were so rude and the coffee tasted like water . I don’t recommend coming to this location. It will truly ruin your day

Come here quite often in the mornings. It’s a hit or miss with this store. They either make the food really well or just half ass it. I ordered the loaded hash browns and this is what they gave me.

I ordered iced matcha latte with white chocolate, and it tasted and looked like milk. I will not come again

Every time I come here there's a really weird flavor from their toaster oven or grill. I've been going since they opened every couple months or so and they have not improved. Idk if they just need to clean it better but there's always this really strange aftertaste to everything that's really unappetizing.

It would be nice if after you place an order and say thank you that the employees show basic manners and say you're welcome, rather than "no problem" or "cool". This must be a Gen Z think but it's very annoying.
