I never write bad reviews but gawdam. I ordered 1 matcha latte, took a long time to come out despite there being no line. I ordered it with light ice but my had to jam my straw in because there was just so much ice packed in. It was also half empty?? The worker didn't do anything other than look very annoyed and take some ice out. This set me back almost 6$. I'm sure there are better choices in the area.

Good location, walk-in only. Coffee was very good and as ordered! This location is inside of the Gateway Plaza / truck stop. Crowd is a bit rough but as expected at a travel center. Quick in and out spot

Horrible experience. The drink was not made well at all. I ordered the caramel craze which includes toppings. None were present. Most importantly was the milk. While I can handle small amounts, I absolutely can not drink whole milk. (With warning, I can take a Lactaid). Not to mention the upcharge for oat. I ordered oat milk. I'm assuming I was given whole milk because within a few minutes of my first sip the bubble guts express started. Of course I was out of Lactaid, so i was screwed. This is horrible, especially from a travel plaza that then thrusts customers on to highways and turnpikes. With hours to go, I was suffering big time. 😫 I couldn't even safely use my ventilated seats, lest my own flatulence be thrown into my own face. I do not recommend ordering ahead. I'm from the land of Texas and have to say the young lady and man behind the counter did a really good job, professional and polite. This avocado toast deal is my new favorite, even kinda healthy!

We stopped here when we got off at Breezewood, and I was shocked how fast my coffee was done. They had a few touch screen ordering stations here, which really cut back on wait times.
