Dunkin'

Went their for lunch. Maybe about 2pm. Ordered a iced pistachio coffee, stuffed bagels and a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Service was excellent. Place was clean. Drinks and food were ready within 5 minutes . Very fast. Giving 5 stars because Im not sure what they could have improved on.

I came to get my coffee through the drive-through. After I paid, the employee told me to pick up my coffee by the side door. There was no one behind me, and since it’s a drive-through, that request didn’t make sense — but I still moved as asked. Unfortunately, there was a car blocking the side door, so I couldn’t move any further. Then the employee came out and insulted me, saying I was blocking the way and even called me “stupid.” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional that was. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behavior from customer service. Because of this, I and my family will never return to this store. I’m sharing this so management can address the issue and make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

On 10/11/25 my husband and I stopped for coffee. We ordered two iced coffees with extra caramel. We paid extra for caramel yet we had NO caramel. I hate spending $4 for a coffee that wasn't hard to make and still not correct, what a waste.

I just paid almost $5 for a cup not full?! Super annoyed and pissed off this is why I make my own coffee, never again! I work next door at the school took me less than 10 mins to get to my class no whip cream, no caramel drizzle nothing!!! I could have just gotten a coffee and called it a day

Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was hot and flavorful, but microwaved. The bagel was chewy throughout, not crispy yet tender inside. How long does it take to toast a bagel when the order is placed in advance?
