Dunkin'

This place is run like a playground. Management is atrocious. During the snow storm they took orders from people on line and they were criminal enough to take hard earned money of working people and refused to give people their money back. I can’t believe in America this actually happens. This store should be closed. Coffee tastes like dirt. No one smiles. This place is the worst Dunkin Donughts I have ever come to.

Good food, good coffee. Long lines and not enough staff. They only have one register open and one person making drinks / sandwiches which results in long lines on a daily basis. They need to hire more people. They also speak mainly in Spanish which can make ordering difficult for Americans.

We all know why Dunkin is so great… But tonight they made me wait for 25 minutes for my donuts which was ridiculous and their coconut refreshers all taste like medicine which was just icing on the cake. Not impressed.

I have always gotten the best service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Karina, Rosa, and Jose are the ones that truly make the morning great. Speedy service and extremely friendly staff. I will say the way they treat you here is like family. Welcoming and they usually know your order before you even order. Now that’s what I call customer service.

They charge for water?? I ordered coffee and munchkin and was about to get charged near 3$ for a cup of water..
