Dunkin'

I stopped by this Dunkin’ location earlier today and was very impressed with the level of service and overall atmosphere. The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained. It’s always refreshing to start the day with great coffee and such positive customer service. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this rather than the Touhy nor the Lockwood location.

I got my cappuccino small coffee and more than a half foam, I asked her (a lady in age, rude and answers me back this a cappuccino and should be like this) to change it, cuz cappuccino doesn’t mean more foam than a coffee it self, but still got this coffee even not a full of the cup!

Is it possible to mess up your order twice? In this location it is. I ordered wake up wrap with sausage and hot coffee but I have to return for sugar first and for sausage the second time.

Fariba takes great care of the customers. Good lattes also.

The custom service was really bad. They got my order wrong, was rude, was on the phone with airpods in, and had to called him multiple times.
