Dunkin'

I don’t understand why they’re open 24 hours if I order food at 11 o’clock they don’t have it if I order food 2 AM they don’t have it if I order food at 4 AM they’ll have something but not what I want and they’re rude about it too. Coffee doesn’t even taste good and the food isn’t even good quality. No Duncan has good quality. They’re just open late except this one open 24 hours except not OK terrible

Ran in today and first used the rest room at 4:00 on Saturday. One rest room is out of order. The other one is filthy. I’m surprised even an employee would use it. I came out to an empty store. No one behind the counter, either. Trash overflowing at the straw/napkin station as well. Food? No thank you. If the bathroom is that dirty, what does the back room look like. Too bad, because when we pulled in, we mentioned what a nice location it was and how nice the building was. Proprietor needs to up their game.

I want to start this out by saying that i’ve NEVER written a review on any restaurant. However, after today’s experience at the Grafton Dunkin’ it seems necessary. The girl with colored hair who was working the window was very rude. Usually I don’t mind because I understand they might be having a hard day but she was exceptionally rude. I still brushed it off and got home and opened up my avocado toast to find a portion size made for a toddler and clumps of hair pressed into the avocado under the bacon. I tried to call the corporate support line multiple times but no one answered, keep in mind it’s 2:30pm on a Wednesday and their hours are 7:00am -7:00pm Monday through Friday. I then tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered. Out of curiosity I decided to check the reviews

I’m not usually the kind to do reviews,as I feel like they are a waste of time and I don’t have enough energy to waste my time on things like this,but this place is an outrage. My mother (who’s English is mediocre but usually understandable) was trying to order a hot hibiscus tea with two bags,a bacon egg and cheese,a Boston cream and a Sabrina daydream strawberry refresher. They got the tea,the donut and the bacon egg and cheese order name right,but when she was trying to say that she wanted the Sabrina strawberry with less ice and three sugar,they thought she said just ice and then some girl with a yelling voice said l what the hell,and we decided to just remove the Sabrina strawberry. I went through the drive-thru today, Friday, November 7th, at 5:14. The customer service was terrible. The girl, whose name I think is Sorai or something like that, was extremely rude. Besides that, she completely messed up my order. When I asked her to give me what I ordered, she rolled her eyes at me. On top of that, with her awful attitude, she grumbled at everything I said. This type of person shouldn't work in customer service because they dislike their job, and it's not our fault if they're having a bad day.
