Dunkin'

I have been a very loyal customer to this Dunkin for several years now but after this morning’s experience, I will never return to this location again. I ordered a French vanilla coffee and was handed a caramel instead. I asked for it too be switched to French vanilla. After about 10 min of waiting I asked about the coffee she picked up the caramel, peeled off the sticker and handed me trying too pass it off as the French vinilla and refused too make a French vinilla. Finally after a lot of attitude and argument by this worker I received the correct order from another employee. Very disappointing experience all around and what a way to start off a week thanks, Dunkin.

Good food, fast service. Inconsistent drink flavor/quality. The store is nice and clean however not enough seating.

I personally love this Dunkin ! I'm always getting my matcha iced latte,BEC on bagel not roasted and a sugar donut. The bagel is always soft and fresh.

Absolutely great service, they usually add a couple of extra munchkins for you. Very quick service as well. Food is good. Can’t wait for the drive through across the street to open.

Frequently gets my order wrong and service is slow.
