All the employees are so nice and my coffee always tastes great!!!

Consistently horrible service. Went to drive through at 3pm 8/7/23. While waiting for my order the employees were laughing and hollering and looking over at me. Then I received 2 black charcoal burnt sandwiches. They could have remade it if they did their job right. If there was any sort of oversight at this location.. That's what happens when you hire 16 year old girls

The signature cake batter latte is advertised as coming with chocolate drizzle and jimmies. Today mine was made with tons of cinnamon sugar powder, I was never asked if I wanted a substitute (I assumed they ran out of Jimmies and chocolate syrup since neither were on my coffee). My order was repeated back to me twice, so 3 times including my own, I open up my bag which had my 2 food items I ordered in it and to my surprise (NOT) I found a plain bagel not the everything I ordered, so I went back in and stood there for another 6 min waiting for a remake of my bagel, the staff working at 8am this morning 5/12 clearly weren’t happy to be re making my food because they voiced that loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. Staff needs better communication skills when there are promotional items. For instance, cookie dough frozen coffee comes with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and this staff at this location fails every time, management needs to do better here with dealing with their staff

I go here almost everyday. Always a hit and miss. food is usually alright for the most part. BUT DRINKS these kids cant make a coffee for the life of them or there just rushing to give people awful products. My coffee looks and tastes degusting never mind the fact they cant even mix a drink properly. Asked for REGULER CREAM WITH LIQUID SUGAR lol .This is a brainless job even when rushed to fill orders but these people still fail to care about there work ethic.
