Dunkin'

Ordered a caramel macchiato older lady at the counter forgot to add any caramel in my drink and when I drove back to ask her to put caramel in my drink she didn’t even have the courtesy to whisk it for me I had to walk back to grab a stick to stir my drink. He had a constant resting b.face the whole time as-well. She needs to be replaced asap.

I wasted my time driving here, everywhere it says 24hrs but the guy inside had the door closed and told me by hand signals that is closed, it pissed me off a lot, worse service ever.

Everytime I go to this dunkin something is wrong with my order. I reccomend going to a different dunkin.

I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin' Donuts recently. Despite the sign clearly stating they are open 24/7, when I arrived, they told me they were closed. This was extremely inconvenient and misleading. To make matters worse, the employees were inside and refused to serve us. Their behavior was rude and unprofessional, completely ignoring us instead of explaining the situation or offering any assistance. I rely on the advertised hours for my late-night coffee runs, and being treated like this was unacceptable. I won't be coming back if they can't stick to their posted schedule and treat customers with respect. Very disappointing!
