Dunkin'

This is just my experience/guess bc I don't have proof. So take it for what it is. It was an online order and it was already made. I ordered coffee with oatmilk (i cant drink milk its an inflammation trigger). 6 hrs later I am having intense joint and body pain, what normally happens when I drink milk. I want to jump off the Throgsneck. Do I have proof that they didn't use oatmilk? No. But I'm in so much pain I will personally never go back. It's not worth the risk. (And no I did not have any dairy afterwards) I cant accuse them of messing up my order. But for myself I will not return.

Honestly I went to get a bagel with vegetable cream cheese since that is my absolute favourite from Dunkin. I shopped around the gas station and the whole time the Dunkin employee was on the phone and so loud you could hear her in every isle. I paid for my gas station purchase and the Dunkin employee was sitting and still on the phone. The gas station employee had to inform her that there was a customer who wasn't myself. I informed them that I would have ordered something if she wasn't sitting there on the phone the whole time. Considering I have worked for Dunkin for 5 years while in college - I would never act like that at work. I will absolutely go back to the gas station but will never order from that Dunkin.

If you want to have a good day you need stop there Max and Shari the best couple that I faind ever, nice friendly they help me to get my rewards my baby can’t speak yet and they help me trying to figure out what that he was asking for, nice place nice people 🫶🏼

We were there at this place on 08/25/25 around 7.25am, and the lady works there was very unprofessional and disrespectful . She needs more training about how to deal and talk with customers. And she having behavioral problems.

Terrible service. The barista asked the customer in front of me for a job opportunity. Her smile and patience were completely gone when it was my turn. Rushed my order and even asked the customer after me what to order while I did not finish paying.
