Food is microwave . So how could you actually rate . Atmosphere in all D.D dull gloomy Service is great . And like usual. Coffee has no tastes. Just boiling hot water

5 years ago I used to make fun of my wife for the drink she got. Now here i am 5 years later and I've been drinking her drink for about 5 years now. Medium iced caramel latte with extra caramel. Give it a try. Im a frequent flyer here. We love getting the dogs pup cups here too. Great place. Good people.

So I just got there, I ordered two bagels and asked for an extra cream cheese and the girl at the front gave one to me. I was picking up for my coworkers and so I asked for another cream cheese for them and she was like “oh we have to charge for extra” so I said “ok how much is it?” She proceeds to get her manager and what seems to be on the spot they say “1.50” and proceeds to charge me “3$” for an extra one. I had to even point out that she literally just gave me one for free. Idk if it pissed her off that she had to go to the back find a cream cheese with a hole in it and gave me it covered with napkins. Didn’t notice till I got to work. So stupidly rude and inconsiderate. Like I paid for it? What’s your issue. Anyway. This Dunkin’ always gives issues.

Nancy and David are the best! They provide excellent customer service, have fun with their customers, and provide great atmosphere. They helped me get back a extra $10 charge to my debit card. They deserve their tips. They are great people.

Sometimes they don't get my order right. I'll put in for all one flavor munchkin, it would be a mix. Maybe it gets busy and they forget how to read.
