Dunkin'

I have tried to give this location a chance. Every time I come I’m either waiting 10 min for my drink or my drink is wrong. I used to work at Dunkin and I can’t understand how u can mess up one drink so many times. A macchiato is not just milk. It’s not just espresso. And they are not mixed! Always attitude here as well. I don’t see a macchiato here at all.

This location had no munchkins available at 9am. In addition the workers are very rude. No good morning or how may I help you. When order was completed all I got was "pull up". I asked for napkins I guess it was too much to ask because I sensed major attitude. I said thank you and got absolutely no response from either worker. I will not be going back to this location. Management needs to see how these workers are treating there customers.

Is anybody looking at the Google review for this location and for the people that work there from management or someone , if they are not happy and be customer service skills, fired him there’s a lot of people out there near a Job happy people. I went there to order a coffee they’re not happy, and have customers service skills at 6 o’clock in the morning. There’s no person out there. Need to deal with this at 6 o’clock in the morning as far as customers, especially the dude with the tattoos in his hand. If you don’t need the job fired him I promise you you’ll find someone out there better than that and management picked the right people for the job. It’s only Dunkin’ Donuts for God sake. Company need to start looking for the right people for the job

Waited 30 for a few coffees because they somehow forgot or lost my order (?) On top of that I got my order wrong and when I asked to just get the cream cheese on the side the manager said they weren’t able to do that when it was THEIR mistake, to then 2 min later the manager came out and gave me a side of cream cheese with such an attitude. Never coming back here. They’re so rude for no absolute reason. The manager has an attitude with everyone and treats their employees poorly.

I understand that this is not a gourmet meal, but I can’t imagine hiring people who don’t care enough to read the tag and give customers what they ordered and paid for. Sandwich was cold and their croissants suck which is why I wanted a bagel… hate that this is the closest Dunkin around. Doesn’t matter when I go or what I order, something is made incorrectly.
