Dunkin'

I'm ordering usually by myself, but today decided to use the Dunkin App. I don't know what happened, but when I came to pick up my order in a few minutes the latte I ordered was already on the "pickups" shelves. The bagel with a garden cream cheese was still in process, and one of the guys who was serving me asked if he can get me the regilar one or with the cranberry, because the garden had finished. I preferred the regular one and he becomes to spread it on just toasted everything bagel ( by the way was very yummy). I grabbed my order and run back to my car, because I was running kind of late to my meeting. And how big was my disappointing when I find out that the latte was cold, like it was a latte from the yesterday's customer, who never picked up his order. My conclusion based not on

This is a dunkin' donuts.That is on a gas station in the middle of the belt parkway in brooklyn new york. It is a very small dunkin' donuts with nowhere to sit and pretty much nowhere to move. All you can do is order and stay out of the way of other people trying to order or pay for gas. Other than that, if you're there to get coffee or basic dunkin', donuts, you get your order and leave, there's nowhere to sit or stay.

It was a gas station with donuts. Almost like a kiosk......the worker was not keen to customer service but it was cold and snowing so....... typical Yorker... 😂

Not open at 1 am when looked for water bottle and coffee since they were needed for driving in the night time. An essential for the road drivers. Nothing was there, and the store was closed. However, the guy inside was generous and very helpful to give me a water bottle by himself.

Not only do on the go orders take forever, but the employees are blatantly flaunting the mask mandate. See photos
