I asked for cappuccino they make latea and manger said mechain don't do foam milk.. Nightmare responds from store manager she don't knew the difference between drinks

Good morning I was really disappointed and annoyed with their poor customer service. They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money. Please Dunkin do something about this because this needs to change and it starts with the management.

I will never ever order from this Dunkin Please be careful while ordering today my husband got breakfast for all the family The bagel bites where hard as stone & the donuts 🍩 where old & bagel was rotten now my daughter 🤮 vomited & diarrhea she is sick so am I This place is making costumers sick We all should report it 😡😡😡

horrible service. placed a online order, the lady was too busy doing her brows in the bathroom front of the mirror. Had the audacity to come out knowing i’m waiting for something but went back to the bathroom to do her eyebrows. until a family came in and took their orders first. waited 15 minutes!!! for my drink after taking a family and another customer. just letting you know i ordered 10 minutes beforehand. the place was dirty paper all over the floor.

Closes at 10 and right now it’s at 9:29 and didn’t let us in anymore, All we wanted was donuts and they had so many but the guy said NO ITS CLOSED, Bad for business and he looked at us ugly as well.
