Dunkin'

We had stopped by on the way home from visiting relatives for an annual Christmas party & the gentleman who took my order & assisted me was absolutely wonderful! He had a very polite & friendly demeanor & it really helped because it had been a long, busy day! I was only going to grab a coffee & use the restroom, but decided to order a few other items while there & had a little indecisive moment, but this employee was very patient & did not rush me at all, even though I'm assuming they were probably closing soon as it was getting late in the evening when we went. Again, very impressed with the service & quality of food/beverages purchased. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be making another stop. Highly recommended!

I tried to give this location a chance. Ordered breakfast toast and was burnt one time. 3x I ordered matcha latte and it's freaking packed with ice I barely have anything to drink. At first I thought I just ordered medium but today I ordered Large and it was worst! It's basically ice with little drink! I won't be coming back here anymore.

One of the nicest Dunkin's around. Staff are always friendly and pleasant. They always stir the coffee after adding sugar! I know it seems like a small thing, but it's hard to do in the car... I've actually never been inside as the drive-thru is always quick and efficient, and ordering is a breeze:)

Very clean establishment and service was excellent. Food looked fresh and they were making specialty drinks the way they are supposed to look! Very impressed with the cleanliness and service here.

Love this Hamden store. Everyone is very kind and friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
