Good food, until the day came that they ran out of bacon. Granted the app doesn't convey such a shortage to me before placing the order. But the staff was not helpful in helping me get a refund through my mobile order app. I am now in customer service limbo. Hence the low rating.

The staff here is great. The problem is the drive through. I have had an issue where the associate could not hear me correctly due to technical issues which I’m pretty sure is due to the smashed display. My order was mixed up and now what I wanted. I have reached out and was supposed to hear back from “upper management” but I’m still waiting..

Keith Gives Great Customer Service & Is Very Polite To Everyone Who Comes In… He Already Knows What I Like Before I Order & He Makes My Drinks Perfect Everytime… He Makes Sure My Food Isn’t Burnt Or Cold During Service… I Really Appreciate That!!!

I've been to this place twice and I will never go back. First time I went to get some donuts can you believe they had none🤔 yesterday I went to get me a strawberry colatta guess what? They had no strawberry thingy, whatever they call it. Smh just close the darn store then!

Today was it for me! I have wasted so much money in this store! This place can be filled up with a full staff and they still mess your order up three days in a row I have gone and asked for the $6 meal with no cheese on my sandwich guess what's in my garbage right now! Some of you are going to say why do I go there it's because it's the closest one to my house.but I'm done. I cannot tell you how many times I have stood in the store and watched the staff stand their complaining with patrons in the store about how much they hate their jobs they don't get paid enough for this they don't get paid enough for that such and such is on the schedule but they mad like really?? I'm so mad I used my last for this garbage ! Update: for the past 2 months or so I will say they finally seem to have got th
