Dunkin'

Only giving 5 stars b/c of the amazing employee/young lady SIMONE. I give ZERO STARS to whoever runs this Dunkin’ and they should be ashamed of themselves to continually have this young lady working by herself every day I go in here. Give her a raise or get her some help. One person is only capable of doing so much.

Zero stars. Went to the drive thru 8 minutes before 7:00pm. Lights on. No service. Seriously? Just wanted a donut. Supposed to be open until 7pm. If you want to close earlier, fine but if your sign says you’re open until a certain time, stay open until that time.

My muffin wasn’t done. It was doughy on the inside and wet. Since I drove off without checking fully I contacted the establishment by phone to let them know. There was a reason I didn’t come to this location often, this was my final straw.

Love this location! ALWAYS the most fresh donuts. Latte is always good. I order via app for pick up and they are so quick. Everyone friendly and they recognize me when I walk in. Wish it was closer to my home!!

Very conveniently located just off Rte 100 at the Coca-Cola Drive exit. I've stopped at this Dunkin several times for my hot dark roast coffee also occasionally getting a donut. The service is good and they always have fresh coffee or let me know they'll brew fresh just for my order. The main dining area and service counter are always clean.
