Dunkin'

I'm totally disappointed in the service I received this morning. There were at least five employees talking to each other while I stood at the counter. This is before 7:00a.m. Finally, the magic person who could take my order approached. This was who they were waiting on. I tried to order five dozen donuts for my early morning class and the night janitorial crew. It was the first time I was EVER told they couldn't accommodate the request, given that it is 7:00a.m. And I have done this routinely several times every semester. The person said it was policy. Fix your policy! At before 7:00 a.m. you should be able to replace a few donuts! I left. Went to your competitor and got the donuts desired. Their food is amazing. Never had an issue with it being undercooked or overcooked. However, every time I get their coffee, it is never consistent. It's great one time, the next I can't even drink it.

Donuts were not fresh. Same with donut holes. They seem to be thawed out. Drinks were good. Service was good. Many fruit flies in the lobby. The restroom was dirty. I would try a different location next time.

Wondering if it’s typical practice to jog and lock the doors at 7:52 when you see a customer walking toward to door.. in the rain. Yes, she made eye contact and locked the door almost in our faces. Incredibly rude. We weren’t going to stay - just wanted coffee. Starbucks closes at 9 .. so that’s where we are heading.

I ordered a toasted plain bagel with creamed cheese and an avocado toast with bacon (paid an extra DOLLAR for bacon.) When I got home, I opened the bag to see a bacon egg and cheese bagel and no bacon on the avocado toast. I would’ve rated 1 star but the bagel was yummy. However, this is not what I ordered and paid for. Even the receipt has my original order on it.
