Dunkin'

Repeat your order twice in the drive through cause they will never get it right the first time. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese and apparently they just heard “egg and cheese” even if the default item on their menu includes sausage. Not the first time I’ve had shoddy service here in the drive through.

The store looks beautiful. I'm just kind of thrown by the service. This was our first visit to this location... and I don't know if it was just an off day, but the young woman who served us was really only less (low key) passive aggressive when we tipped her at the end. The drinks were great, but my sandwich pictured here came out burnt. If I ever go back in the future, I hope it was just a one time thing. We're kind of regretting that tip.

I am a Ups driver in Harvard and this is my favorite Dunkin in the country. They reflect the hospitality and the warmness of town of Harvard with the quality of the service and products!

I had the pleasure of going here yesterday and being in the hospitality industry I do have to compliment Danielle and the staff for great service very friendly and welcoming I enjoyed meeting them Keep giving the best service

Customer service is hit or miss in the drive through. The managers are hostile and dimsissive and the sandwiches are always frozen no matter what you ask for.
