Service was great—drive-thru was fast, the staff was friendly and upbeat, and they got the order exactly right (even remembered to add extra ice without me asking). Quick, polite, and efficient, even during a morning rush.
Google Maps shows that Dunkin’ is open and working until 11 PM. We arrived at 9:15 PM, but they refused to make coffee because they had already cleaned the coffee machine. The question is: what are you going to do for the remaining 1 hour and 45 minutes at work?
Trying my best to be positive and their kind and all but I dont think it takes 10 minutes to put a donut in a bag. Their hard spot is donuts, so if you ever order donuts try to let someone know your waiting on a donut if it takes more then a minute. ALSO THEY DIDNT PUT A NAPKIN IN MY DONUT BAG.
Constant attitude! They make you feel that your a burden for walking in. I tried going at different times and didn't change anything.
The best coffee to wake you up in the morning. Drive thru is clutch and ordering ahead is key. I just wish the drive through was just for people who ordered already on the app. But it's all good.
