Dunkin'

One of the worst Dunkin’ drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. From the second we pulled up, the attitude was awful. The employee taking our order sounded annoyed the entire time, like we were a burden just for being there. They still managed to mess up the order, and the food we did get was made horribly sloppy, cold, and clearly rushed. When I politely asked for ketchup at the window, she handed me one single packet with an irritated look, like I was asking for something outrageous. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A drive-through is supposed to be quick, easy, and friendly, but this was the complete opposite. Between the rude attitude, wrong order, and badly prepared food, this location was a huge disappointment. Definitely a one-star experience and not

The worst service I have ever received. The staff here is incredibly rude. You ask simple questions and get scolded. The bathroom has a sign that says employees get priority for the bathroom which I thought was odd. I kinda get it but still odd. Biggest issue was the trash service and the very rude employee.

I wanted to get a coffee but was ignored. Took 3 separate orders through the window and never even came to the counter. I was the only person inside which created an extremely awkward feeling. Definitely won't return.

I stop here 1-2 times a week on our way to Maine .. I have met a couple real nice ladies that work here and then I have met a couple that isn’t so pleasant. Today the lady that actually fixed my coffee was pleasant with me but I could tell she was upset with one of her coworkers bc I was as well. From the time I walked through the door I heard a commotion of some sort. When I got on in it was this lady and she was a worker and she apparently needed to use the bathroom and she was obnoxiously letting me know she was in line. Then she ask her coworkers if someone is in the PortyJon… for real like they would know.. there was a customer in front of me for the restroom and coffee and he notified her of when the restroom became available… when she came out he TRIED to tip her and believe it or n

Is zero was an option i would have put zero because they have a few cars in drive thru or because they didn't feel like making it food was not an option and the language out of there mouth was by far not something that should be happening working with the public that was after I stood at the front for 10 mins so one could have a smoke and the other could just keep saying we will be right with you ya what a joke this place is dd your going down hill fast and you need to step up your game
