Customer Reviews
Extremely rude cashier I asked the cashier a simple question in a kind manor of if I should scan my Dunkin rewards before or after my order since I don’t understand the program . She then proceeded to look at me with a blank stare and said “what do you want!” 2 times in an aggressive manner and I didn’t not appreciate that at all. Especially as someone that works in customer service I would never treat a customer this way. Unacceptable I feel like they should retrain their cashiers. This is not the first time that she has spoken to me in this manor I just thought she was having a bad day but today just confirmed that’s how she is as a person.
Honestly would never usually write a review for a place like dunkin but the staff here are so beyond incompetent. Made an order of two drinks; one without the toppings DUE TO AN ALLERGY and one with whipped cream. Somehow both drinks came out wrong. The workers were all playing and joking around with like 5 people waiting for their drinks. When my drinks were ready I asked the girl to remake it because I ordered it without toppings and I’m ALLERGIC to the topping. I literally watched her scoop the toppings and whipped cream off despite telling her it was an allergy. I was so over it at this point I just left but that’s a law suit waiting to happen. Didn’t even get to have my drink and had to add whipped cream to the other one at home
Kid at register was disinterested, sullen and when asked to repeat something she had wispered, she was outright hostile. Sausage egg and cheese I ordered was too hot to eat for quite awhile and the croissant was burnt and dry.
Don't waste your money on ANY of the donuts that have any type of cream filling in their center because you won't find it. The donuts are dry, the glazed munchkins either don't have enough glaze on them, or it has evaporated. While I was being waited on, the server had a phone call , and she walked away from the counter, didn't say anything, and took her phone call. Another employee came over and asked if I was being helped. When I replied No she proceeded to take my order
Love Dunkin, my only problem with this one was the coffee did not taste good to me.
