Dunkin'

They work hard and doing a good job, but I don’t know what it is with their system. Anytime I ever order to go order and it includes a donut. The donut is never included. I have to wait for them to not be busy and then ask them to manually get the doughnut. It’s a pain in the butt because it happens every time.

Went in a little after 7 PM and order a hot decaf. The lone woman behind the counter told me they were out, and she couldn't make a fresh pot because they closed in a half hour. I told her they were still open, and should serve their customers. She said that if she made a fresh pot, her manager would get mad, and that she already cleaned the machine out. She lied, the store closes at 8 PM. I told her that if she made a fresh pot, I would order 2 large coffees and take one home for the next day. She refused to serve me...

I went in earlier today and was having trouble activating an order, but the employees were very kind and helped me out! Amazing service!

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ twice. First time they werent that bad. They were just really slow. The second time I ordered the same thing as usual; black ice tea with liquid cane sugar. But this time it tasted like cleaner or soap. And it’s powerful! Really gross. I had to through the whole thing out.
