Walkin customers lately are mostly ignored in favor of driveups. I have three times, in the past weeks, walked out after having waited 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Well intentioned staff but, poorly trained.
this Dunkin gave us a moldy and rotten breakfast sandwich and when we gave it back they denied they made it. These people are liars and have terrible practices.
Associate was very accommodating and personable. Nice to get that at this type of establishment.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand how they still stay in business.
Completely unprofessional staff. Ordered $20 worth of food and coffee and they refused to give me a cup of water. Ordered 2 wake up wraps, only got 1. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, got a bacon egg and cheese. I was the only one in the store.
