Dunkin'

Recurring issue of slow service and prioritization of online and in store orders vs the drive thru. My visit today took a combined 18 minutes. I pulled up and waited 2 min to get to the ordering speaker. Waited another 2 min before having my order taken. Spent the next 14 min waiting in line. The car ahead of me bailed and that’s when I knew I should have followed. When I got to the window I watched as they slowly processed orders but none of them were mine. I watched 7 new walk in orders get fulfilled before receiving mine, along with multiple online orders. Their priority is not set on timely service and honestly after all that half my hash browns were still partially frozen. Support a small coffee shop like sweet arts or go to Tim Horton a few hundred feet away.

This Dunkin is terrible now. They refuse to make drinks the way that you order them. They won't fix them. And they're rude about it. They messed up my order 3 times and wouldn't fix it. It's written out on the sticker on the cup what's supposed to be in the drink. This isn't this hard.

Staff were rude and unresponsive, after being treated like a number instead of a human I dont care how good the doughnuts amd coffee are. Be respectful and tentative to your customers. You are in customer service for god sakes!!! The manager was a joke hope youre reading this and know who you are!

I ordered theHot peppermint mocha signature latte and I had to come here and say the girl who made mine did an amazing job this is probably the best one I've gotten from Dunkin thank you for making my morning shift a little brighter!

Never seem to get an order right!!! Ordered a large pumpkin spice ice coffee with cream was given with NO CREAM also ordered two orders of stuffed bagel minis COOKED EXTRA was given 1 order and NOT cooked extra Apparently you need to hire people that care and listen to orders Not that this review will do any good because they were sent an email about a month ago for a messed up order with zero response
