Dunkin'

This is there version of a bagel w jelly. Then proceeds to say that an extra packet of jelly is an extra charge. Damn shame. Dunkin should be embarrassed

Dunkin hot chocolate was my favorite until today. Usually creamy snd delicious. Today I got watery tasting coco with an oily lingering nasty taste in my mouth from the whip cream. Disgusting. Then the guy at cashier not representing the Dunkin name. No smile. He not happy to work there. It doesn’t look festive enough The place looks gloomy. The mini Dunkin’s donut the minis with candy coating too hard. If it catches your gums at the corner it cut you. They were fresh would I ordered not the dark chocolate covered in Oreos and caramel with hard bits of what not sure. The glaze sprinkle were good. The donuts not completely cover have bald spots For what Dark chocolate should not be sugar sweet disgusting. I paid to what I good extremely disappointed

Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order (I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse.... While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches with extra sausage since to be that she was confused lol but (I give her a high five) for verifying my order to make sure that everything I order was correct" the only upside-down was that they started to talk in their language and I personally believe that they should speak in English just in case of any misunderstandin

The chai was extremely sweet. I couldn’t even get passed 2 sips. I asked for a grilled cheese . She even confirmed that I wanted the grilled cheese . Then goes and says I didn’t order it. Then when I go back to the register to order it again . I asked for bacon on my sandwich she barely put anything.

I love Dunkin Donuts. Been going there for years. When I was in the Army at Walter Reed, Dunkin Dounuts was a staple. On a trip with my wife to Brooklyn we stayed at the Marriott which shares the same atrium with Dunkin. I ordered 2 pumpkin doughnuts and a blue berry muffin. The cashier was friendly and I asked her if she could please warm up the pumpkin donuts? The manager came behind her and said we don't warm up doughnuts. I was like.....buttttt I get them warmed up all the time at Dunkin. She said she could warm up the muffin but not the dounut. That makes no sense at all to me.
