Desiree the manager is terrible. She treats her staff awful, then wonders why no one wants to deal with her. She is so unprofessional. When asked for her managers number she claimed she can’t give it out. Girl that’s literally your job, when someone asks for the number to your manager you give it out. There is a wait at times. However they are generally short staffed. The staff that they do have is generally great though. They are close by and the wait is ok because the service is good.

Possibly the worst and slowest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I live in town and Its very rare we stop here because of it. Just every once in a while we give them a chance and they always disappoint. Its been years. They should should honestly just shut this location down.

Poor service. I went into the store, very disorganized, staff doesn't know who is doing what job. I have been here several.times, each time same results. I have witnessed customer asking for.refunds their order took too long.to get. Update, tired of waiting in long lines for poop service so I tried the mobile app. The app works great, get to the store for.pickup, no food upon arrival. Ask the person behind the counter and get attitude like we hadn't place an order. After a few words found they trashed our mobile order and still had to wait for our food. Can't win here! Not worth the fustration. Yall before you eat here, just to let you know, half the time there isn’t space inside so they leave there food outside in the back(THERES TRASH CANS OUTBACK) I know this because she’s specifically shown people it during training. Don’t come here it’s disgusting and Dessire or whatever is a horrible manager
