I ordered a 5.00 meal the hash browns med coffee and wake up wrap however when my son went to pick up my order he was told by the young man that worked there he cleaned the sandwich station and wasn't making my order he only gave him the ice coffee I went next door and was told the same thing I told him it was only 6:30 he said he doesn't care he wasn't making nothing I told him to call his manager his response was you do it that's your problem not mine I asked him again to call someone he said no once he seen I wasn't going to leave he proceeded to touch the garbage bag and can and then said fine I'll make you happy he went to put on a glove I asked him to wash his hands he showed me the glove and I'm putting on a glove I asked him again to wash his hand he had a nasty attitude told me I

Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated. I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. Not every day is going to be full of sunshine, for any of us... but this location still delivers solid service and quality.

Don’t come here ever, they take forever and make multiple order mistakes, you’ll still online after 20 min of your online order and no one is even there. Go anywhere but here.

The manager, Denise needs to be fired. Went into order two decaf caramel iced lattes. And the woman working behind the counter says that they don’t have any decaf— come to find out there is decaf but the machine is broken which is probably a LIE and upon further questions her manager told her not to make it which I believe Also, when you walk in —you have one person working the register and taking orders. That was my first annoyance but I overlooked it. Secondly ,why would you have decaf advertised but you’re not selling it? for what reason is it because most people don’t buy it and you’re TOO LAZY to make it? Will definitely be calling on Monday!

It's a really nice place to buy a cup of coffee, or or an iced coffee, or anything else that you want to eat or drink from that store. They keep the store, including the front counter nice and clean and neat. The behaviors coming from the customer service representatives are not all that great, but they are okay. If you have enough money to spend on the food that they sell, then you might want to buy something from them.
