Dunkin'

The store is busy in the morning , the dt line is packed and when I finally come to the window i see all the employees working but her!! She to busy using the phone ! I dont know if she is the RGM or the just the MOD but she should be helping her team.

It is the third time they substituted, without making aware, pork sausage for a turkey sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap. To me its unacceptable. I dont eat pork sausage so, I had to throw them away. I was already on the road and not able to go back.

Worst DD I have yet to visit. Consistently out of stock (avocado toast) or broken machinery (Coolata). To top it off, this location closes at 5; however on my last visit waited in line more than 10 minutes only to find each person ahead of me were simply waiting for someone to take their order. Eventually they pulled forward to find the place closed. No signage to indicate early close. Inner city DDs are better than this location.

I visited at 11:45 am on a Sunday. It took a little over 15 minutes for omelet bites and a side of bacon even though I was the only customer inside the store. They took 5 orders through drive-thru while I was waiting. My coffee I ordered had time enough to cool so I could drink a good portion while I waited. After I received my food I left. While driving, I attempted to eat the bacon to find it was completely charred and unedible. I tried calling the store to let them know but for more than a half hour the phone was busy. They must not take calls at this location. It was clean which is the reason I didn't give one star.

These two ladies closed a hour early while my husband was there trying to pick up my online order and they told him they were closed after my order went thru and was paid for and they never answer the phone.. shut this place done and I want my 26 dollars back from my order
