Dunkin'

The Dunkin in pittston pa needs to find better workers or should probably just close they can’t even make a drink right 9 out of 10 times stopping there you’re drink will be messed up I think all employees should be replaced or retrained

Went to Dunkin in Pittston and waited almost an hour for our food. There was only 1 girl working and she even called her managers to let them know she was extremely backed up and they just didn’t care. Another lady finally showed up after about 45 minutes, and we asked more than once for our food to be done next considering everyone else was getting their orders before us, then finally got it and once we got home I open mine up and this is what I get…. Let’s just say we’ll be going to another Dunkin after this experience!

Just got food at 11:50 am. Apparently they don’t understand how to use their toaster. Ask for it toasted comes out barely warm and doughy. Ask for it a little darker they completely burn it. Hashbrowns always soggy & falling apart. As someone who’s worked for this exact industry, the line cook, just isn’t doing their job. This dunkin is such a waste of money, take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one by gerrity’s & actually get to enjoy your food. Dunkin needs to hire someone who’s willing to do their job correctly.

Second time in a row I’ve ordered ahead and the second time I’ve gone to this location to find out that my coffee wasn’t ready upon coming into the location. Had an order be ready before mine even though I had ordered online almost 10 minutes prior to me getting there. Normally I’ll order online these days since the line is always insane. This place has really gone down hill in the last couple of months. Hardly any staff and when they’re there they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Ordered Avacado toast w/bacon,didn't get the bacon, couldn't eat toast bc it was rock hard literally couldn't bite at all! Seriously not edible. Asked "Angie" for new order since its not edible, she stared at me with attitude, then went in back and gave back not toasted, Raw bread! It's avocado toast not raw bread. Seriously disappointed in this location of Dunkin! Will go elsewhere.
