Dunkin'

Every time I order a hot coffee with a swirl they only give me an ORIGINAL hot coffee with only cream and sugar. It happens every single time I go and it’s getting to the point where I don’t wanna waste my money anymore because they never give me what I actually order. And the boss tried to fix my order and STILL gave me the wrong drink. Get it together. Between the 2 locations if it’s a hot coffee no matter what we order if it’s hot, they always give us an Original hot coffee with just cream and sugar. They never add the swirl. Why?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Go down the street to Starbucks where the service is always super friendly or to the Dunkin on the other side of Hazleton where they usually get the order right. This is the WORST location! They NEVER can get your order right. They’re terribly rude and ignorant. You ask for a hot beverage, you’ll get the cold version 9 times out of 10. Today’s questionable beverage tastes disgusting. Every time, there will be a mess of caramel and cream going down the outside of the cup and no napkins to clean up their mess. Also hope your food is hot. Too many employees and none of them seem to have a clue what’s going on. Just an overall horrible experience every time. Needless to say, I’m done going to this location. Never thought I’d say this, but I really do prefer Starbucks now

I went to order one dozen of donuts at this Dunkin and when I was on my way home what’s the surprise, one of the donuts was bitten 🤢 that was nasty, disgusting never again will buy something there

I usually love dunking but lately Coffe taste burn they don’t get the order correct. I understand ppl can make mistakes but it been happening way too many times. I feel like they can’t hear me each time I place my order. Hope it gets back on track because I will be going to the other Dunkin further away.

Ran in for a quick coffee on a roadtrip and the young lady behind the counter had it ready before I made it to the "pick up area" of the counter. For a small dunkin tucked in a corner of a small gas station it was tidy and quick. Good job!!
