Dunkin'

I walked up to the counter to order a pumpkin latte in the woman told me they shut all the coffee machines down because they close at 7 PM. Now correct me if I’m wrong it is 5:55 PM and they still have an entire hour and five minutes before they close. Why can’t I get a dawn latte an hour before they close. If y’all are gonna stop selling coffee at 6 PM, then you should just close at 6 PM. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but I hope the manager/owner sees this review because that don’t make no sense. Get people who wanna be there and do their job.

Older lady that was taking my order was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to work. After her nasty comments and her walking away when I was in the middle of talking, I told her never mind and walked out. Terrible customer service, glad I walked away and didnt spent money on a drink because it probably would of tasted nasty like her additude. Do better.

Walked in more than 30 minutes before close. They had already washed the machines and wouldn't take my order. Was also just talking to someone at the counter. Obviously don't go 40 b4 close or you want get your drink

Lady who took my order was highly rude about my drink order said it “sounded gross” and rushed me placing my order. Also ordered hash browns and snacking bacon. Bacon was great but the hash browns were burnt on one side. Both ladies working could of seemed to care less to be there.

I was raving about how perfect my coffee had came out the past few times I went to this location, so took my mom after shopping to treat her. Not only was it terrible and tasted like water since I was given a small after ordering a medium , they “fixed” it which made it taste worse.. After being hesitant to say anything I told the woman working the counter and she said “I made it perfect, exactly like it was ordered” I apologized and said I didn’t mean to be a burden but it tastes like water and my usual order is always great here. She said it would be an extra charge … I contradicted with I’m not sure why it would be a charge to just get what I originally ordered … She then with the absolute worst attitude and in an attempt to humiliate me said “what do you need !? Come on.. what. Do.
