Dunkin'

This place always has problems today I got a smushed up wrap ball. Idk why the people making the food even applied if you hate your job so much you don’t want to do your job. I got an eggless wrap and 75% of the time there’s egg on my eggless wrap

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The number of times I’ve received poor service, cold, or horribly prepared food is insane. Stories below: Yesterday, I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while the person proceeded to take other people’s orders. Asked me twice for my order, after already putting in my first drink. Apparently, didn’t even put in my drink. We left. Other notable experiences include: Seeing the entire team of 3 people come back in from a smoke break after noticing me pulling into the drive thru. The dude picked up the headset as soon as the door closed. Ordered, and double checked, liquid sugar cold brew. Received the wrong drink, normal sugar iced coffee. Genuinely the worst dunkin donuts within a 100 mile radius. I’d rather drive to Manchester/North Wood.

This is the worst Dunkin' donuts I ever been rude she cannot hear what you order so you got to speak loud when you speak loud now you're too loud your order something and they give you the wrong order It said giving you six hash brown they give you four to five hash browns we're Dunkin' donuts zero never come again ever if I come here again is to buy pizza... And when you order a muffin and you want butter 30 minutes sliced them up in they don't even toast them up then then they put butter on top of it nasty nasty nasty I like the old crew better I'm done with this Dunkin' donuts I give this a zero 0...

The service at this Dunkin Donuts inside a convenience store has gotten astoundingly worse over the past year and change. Even more recently with the newer manager it has taken another dive. Most of the employees are miserable, service is slow beyond reason. There's even a sign up asking people to be patient. I am patient within reason. It shouldn't take over 10 minutes when they aren't backed up for service. I placed a mobile two orders for the new Hot Honey Snackin' Bacon, plus a couple of donuts, and drinks. When I got there, I saw my drinks waiting but the food wasn't ready. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to bring me the wrong type of bacon, the black pepper one. I clarified and showed them what I ordered on my phone. With no apologies, they just told me their system only say

Sat here at the drive through order speaker for over 15 minutes they kept saying "we'll be right with you" but never took our order then the girl said "we ran out of coffee" we ended up leaving. This place has gotten so poor lately running out of coffee wait times we'll over 20 minutes. We regret getting in line almost everytime.
