Dunkin'

I was really saddened with my visit to this Dunkin. There was only one employee working the front counter. It made me uncomfortable to see that while all the rest of the staff were in the back. This poor employee was clearly trying to do her best. The manager or other employee was giving her a hard time about not getting her work done “fast enough.” Witnessing this employee handle everything on her own while being criticized was uncomfortable and unsettling. The employee was definitely trying her hardest and despite all the poor management issues she was a really good cashier.

Overall 1 star, the person who was taking my order was quite nice, although they did only have one person working at the front counter and I felt quite bad for her because she had to do all of it, but the manager, Natasha, was horrible, she was yelling at her employees for no reason. I did also overhear workers at one point talking about pay cuts they were not informed of... overall I don't recommend, and that manager needs to be reviewed.

Of all of the poorly trained, indifferent staff at all of the poorly managed Dunkins in the state, this one just might take the cake. The absolute gall of insisting that I got my own sandwich order wrong- as if I made it myself? Either train your staff properly, or pay better wages to attract better employees. At the very least try to provide some semblance of service.

People were rude. Had to repeat order twice and was still made wrong 2 coffees nothing special. Management needs to do their job and get competent people who want to work and not a body to fill a position.

I am very disappointed in this new staff! I used to get a perfect coffee every morning on my way to work and about 1 1/2 months ago they hired new staff that are very rude and unsociable. 4 times my coffee was all cream and my hashbrowns were cold or under cooked and when I asked them to remake it, the young woman made rude comments while I waited at the drive through window. I then ordered another coffee today hoping it had changed and again my daughter got all cream and ice instead of a Vanilla Chai. When she asked they remake it, the 2 young woman behind the counter started making snide, rude remarks as she waited for the remade one. Save yourself the headache, dont order from here.
