GREAT customer service. Came here for the Sabrina Carpenter cup, left with a smile. 3 employees working - all with wonderful attitudes. Raises in order! $$$

Real "city" coffee - understands coffee regular. TG not a mix it yourself situation. However, city McD's service(order incorrect -2x) could have been an off day.

Had breakfast on the day of their grand opening. I'm sure they'll improve & maybe they were just having opening day issues, but who doesn't have milk when you're selling donuts?!

If you order from here, get no whipped cream unless you really want half a cup of whipped cream. I got half a cup of coffee for $7. When I mentioned it to the guy at the window, he was rude af. Definitely not what I wanted to deal with at 5:45 am. We won't be visiting that location again, that's for sure.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened and it was great at first, but now it sucks. The website says that the store opens at 5AM Mon-SUN, and the app will even let you order at 5AM, but when you get there no one is there to make your order. The lights aren’t even on! I’ve had this happen MULTIPLE times. One time I tried to order at 5:50 in the morning and the worker was standing outside talking to her boyfriend or someone and told me they didn’t open until 6. That’s fine, but UPDATE THE HOURS, and make it to where we can’t order until 6! I won’t be back to this Dunkin location until it’s fixed. Also, even with a mobile order, you’re gonna be waiting 30 minutes for your stuff!
