Dunkin'

⚠️This is a long short review ⚠️ I tried coming back again and again, to give them a chance since this is the only Dunkin Donut establishment in Jonesboro ( the next location is more than 200 miles away.) Don't get me wrong, I like Dunkin Donut, but my experiences at this location are not well at all. Every time my drink orders would be missing a thing or two, and if I don't take a sip of my drink while at the window I wouldn't know that something is missing. I find myself always handing back my cup because they missed something or we'd already left and I would end up with a large untouched cup of coffee. Today, We turned back around to get my drink fixed and when I told them something was missing the older man at the window pointed to the label on the cup and said I did not order sweet

This is fine if you really want DD. Don't try to come after 3 pm and expect donuts; when we went we ordered online and get to the window to pick up and most of what we ordered wasn't in stock. Totally our fault! The coffee was good. We couldn't hear or understand the employee talking at the drive through but the employee at the window was great.

This is an initial review…due to the fact that I went on a Sunday morning and they are just getting started. Honest review- I placed a mobile order to pick up through the DT because my husband had a nasty cold and I am not about spreading germs. Once I arrived the line was pretty long and stayed that way over 45 mins. I waited 45 mins to get to the window because at that point I was blocked in. Once I made it the window my coffee was cold and the refresher that I order came in a hot coffee cup. I was informed that they ran out of cold cups (Being so busy and new I understand). I asked the young lady at the window can I please have a new cup of coffee. After my wait…the one she handed to me was cold. She said sure and came back with the same coffee a tad warmer. The donuts were so so. Again

Visited this donut chain restaurant and in all honesty I was not impressed. I got an order of donuts holes or Munchkins as the chain calls them. They were very dense and did not taste freshly made like other donut shops. They were also out of some items during my visit. The coffee was good and the service was friendly so perhaps the food will improve as they get their processes down.

I went there after 10am, great customer service & food! I got a raspberry croissant, ham & swiss cheese croissant, hashbrowns(received hot) and cookie butter latte extra syrup! Honestly no complaints. Drive thru
