Dunkin'

I’ve tried this Dunkin' many times and tried to fall in love with it, but every time I am left disappointed —the food is always inedible. The hash browns are hard as rocks, and the coffee tastes like lake water. There was also a time when I was supposed to be refunded, but I never received payment. I’ve had to have them remake my order multiple times because it was so disgusting. This is very unprofessional if you’re going to work at a coffee shop. I feel as if you should have the basic skills for making coffee and food. Truly disappointing because it is right next to my house, but now I have to drive 10 minutes to another location because of this

Service is pretty bad and they never make my order right. Starting to go to a different Dunkin because I could be fine with one or the other. - they honestly might do some good by getting an older manager to work there. It seems like they don’t take their job very seriously

Typical Dunkin' menu. I was very glad they had coconut donuts. I've been visiting for a long time. Today, their music is blasting outside. It's never been loud before today. I almost didn't enter assuming it was as loud inside. It was not. I mentioned the issue to an employee and they said there was nothing they could do. He said the volume level is controlled by corporate. HEY CORPORATE, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. Update: I have been back three times and no loud music. I guess corporate heard me. Thank you.

I ordered a coffee cake muffin and when I got home to eat it I was shocked at how stale, dry and terrible tasting it was. It was immediately dropped in the garbage can.I have never had an issue with Dunkin Donuts and this was extremely disappointing as they are not inexpensive especially for those of us on a fixed income and wanting a special treat.

the manager either wasn’t there or was just as clueless as the rest of the employees. i asked for a very simple drink and needed to get it remade twice just for it to be wrong both times. you have to try to mess up customer service and making a drink wrong twice. embarrassing establishment.
