Dunkin'

I'm personally from Starke, but my husband works all over as a contractor and he had a job located over in keystone heights and I've gotten a few things from there including my favorite (the iced latte I usually always order) their caramel craze iced latte and I have to give them props; its the best I've ever received ( i usually go to starke's dunkin due to it being closer) and any food item I've gotten from there has been on point. I tried their everything mini stuffed bagels and they were baked to perfection, with the cream cheese inside still cool but the outside perfectly toasted, just chefs kiss 💋 .

Drive through is terrible, I placed a order on the app for pick up. Waited in the drive thru 25 minutes!! This drive locks you in you can't get out of it. My coffee was not even hot by the time I got it. She offered to make another one but by after 25 minutes I couldn't afford to wait any longer. Terrible!! She was nice but talking with everyone and holding up the extra long line didn't help. She talked with the car in front of me for another 3-5 mins after giving them the order. I know she knew them but the line was wrapped around the building. I won't be back to this particular Duncan due to the set up and lack of knowledge and care in running the drive thru.

I honestly never even come here anymore, but one time I did was because there was only one person in line so I figured it would be quick and I still sat in line for 15 minutes waiting on one drink with only one car ahead of me. I have been handed drinks where there was obvious, uncovered, cuts on fingers that were touching the whip whipped cream. I’ve also gotten overcooked food and often I get people who don’t seem to desire to be working.

The second time that we've placed approximate $50 app order and they had zero donuts, zero donuts holes, zero muffins at Dunkin DONUTS. We live in a rural area so thec store is about 10 miles away. When did I find out they had nothing to fulfill my order? When I got to the counter, I was told they couldn't fulfill the order. They didn't even have one donut in the store. They first ask me to go on the app and request the refund myself which upset me since they took $50 from my credit card and I drove all the way to the store and without notification they wanted me to go thru the extra effort of getting my own refund? Finally they got the manager and she did it at the cash machine. In addition to the donut order we had an order for one coffee and one side order of bacon. Did they offer anyth

Had a vet bad experience at this place today. First no one cared us waiting to get served. Ordered everything bagel with cream cheese specifically saying please toast it, after like 15 mins,, uninterestingly a bag was dropped. In it a was half frozen bagel with cream cheese packet, never had such a bad experience in any DD before. It also made me to think was I treated like that as I was brown!!
