I’ll never go here again. Slow service and high prices. If I want reasonably priced donuts, I’ll just walk into Safeway and get some.
I live in Laplata so I go to the laplata Dunkin donuts everyday!!! They are the most inconsistent and rude Dunkin donuts 🍩 around. Everyday I order the SAME thing and it comes out different and usually wrong. Don't get me wrong, there's a few employees that are great 👍 and will remake it for you but even the manager or owner is a greedy little man and 🙂↔️ NO help when you talk to him. I ordered the same large frozen coffee sometimes 2 or three times a day and the owner decided to raise his prices without telling anyone 50cents a cup!!!!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous! I will now travel to Waldorf and won't be going to my local Dunkin anymore!!! 50 cents is highway robbery! Greedy 🤪 jerks! Id rather give my money to another Dunkin donuts. I don't agree with this! The staff are continually rude. Once may be a fluke, but it’s never a pleasant experience. It’s my preference to spend my money where it doesn’t seem like customers are a burden to the people who work there.
Always distasteful customer service. My order is always messed up & most of the workers are always so unprofessional.
The food was amazing and the place was very clean but the staff was being a bit disoriented but it was not the bad it was good mostly
