Dunkin'

Over priced is a understatement. Spending $20 on something that costs $12 max is devil’s work. Its unfair to the customers and on top they don’t even know what poppy seed means. The worst thing is that they don’t even show the prices on the screen its shown as x.xx lol until you go up to the register. Whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves. Guess what? They got my order completely wrong when i repeated my order 3 times

Worst designed and worst managed Dunkin’ I’ve ever seen. 3 staff working during peak morning rush with 20+ in line consistently. No system at all: each staff member runs around randomly yelling, sometimes on cash, sometimes making drinks. If you actually order a donut, god help you getting it as the order disappears and nobody grabs it for you - you’ll have to shout someone down and beg them for it. Menu boards are all broken and don’t show prices which seems illegal. Kiosk is horribly designed for ordering and the menu on the kiosk is different from the menu boards - for example, menu boards say there’s a mango pineapple refresher, but you can’t order it - you can only order Yellow or Blue, whatever that means. I avoided this Dunkin forever but finally tried because the line was short for once. Maybe the worst Dunkin of all time. Absolute chaos. They make you order from screens even though there are people standing right there and it causes everything to get backed up. Ordered a large hot coffee and it took 15 min before they told me they were out of milk. Waited another 5 min for someone to help give me a refund who acted like it was my fault. All while people around me were getting mad at not getting their orders and not being able to order. Avoid at all costs

The food was okay by fast food standards, but that’s not the point. I’m giving this one star to the system — for how this location handled Air Canada’s meal vouchers. After a long delay and a rough travel experience, this was supposed to be a small gesture to make passengers feel cared for. Instead, it turned into a humiliating mess: untrained staff, no clear process, and a rushed, dismissive attitude that made me — a paying traveler — feel like a burden. From tourist to problem. From customer to charity case. A better-coordinated system and more humane interaction would’ve gone a long way.

Very bad experience. Stay away. On 11.04 I ordered caramel latte. They have not put caramel in and refused to do this unless I pay extra. I then said ok.Refund me the money. I was given the printout that money were refunded. But they have not done this and I now had to file the dispute with credit card. I don't care for $6.00 but this is is fraud and a scam. Not to mention that I personally saw how the young guy who identified himself as manager put aside my already tasted coffee to , I assume Give another customer instead of throwing away.
