Went to get my self a Ice Cream Cake for my birthday and it was so delicious. This location is also a Baskin Robbins. Staff is very friendly.
Typically i don’t post reviews but this time the food was horrible. I got the sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich with the hash rounds and 2 Boston cream donuts. The sandwich had no flavor. On the minus it says fried eggs… those are not fried eggs they were like they were frozen pucks of egg that just got thrown on the grill. I got no bacon on a sandwich that’s supposed to have bacon. The hash rounds were gross they need to change the oil. And the donuts were flipped over in the bag so all the icing was on the bag. Worst experience i’ve had in a long time from them.
The staff and management are great. I visit this establishment 4 to 5 times a week. The folks that complain about this location probably complain about everything or they're Snowbirds. Folks just need to step back, relax, and enjoy Dunkin! 😉
Horrible customer service and manager! This is the second time I’ve sent a family member down to get drinks and donuts and each time the workers seem to have an issue doing their jobs. Giving mystery drinks with no labels and rude remarks like “you’re not even getting the right drink, you’re completely changing it but okay.”. Please respect your customers
This place is a Joke!! they can’t even manage to give you the right flipping donut that you order!! I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, and then they argue with me on which one I want, the one with fudge on it or the one without. I’m like I want the chocolate glazed donut not the chocolate fudge donut, I mean for God sakes they literally have a picture with the donuts named on them. Then today we ask them if we could have two pup cups for our dogs and the lady rudely says that’s gonna be $.27 each. I’m like when did you start charging for pup cups? The lady says we’ve started like a month ago I’m like well that’s funny, I have been here every day for the past 10 days and they have never charged me and on top of that, we just literally traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast and sto
