Kaela ( I believe is how you spell her name) is the sweetest, she is an amazing staffer and knows how to give people good service. calm atmosphere and clean! thank you kae! 💕 she was also great while my aunt was dieing💕💕miss her in the mornings!

2/25 5:15 PM. Asked what flavor munchkins are available she misheard it for Macha I said sorry munchkins not matcha and Stared at me for 10 seconds and said but you said matcha with a sassy attitude. Was going to get a coffee and a 10 count of munchkins but I decided to leave because of the poor customer service

I went to this Dunkin in the hospital, I ordered a strawberry Dunkin refresher it tasted like syrup. I went back and there was a line of customers and no one to be found working. The lady came back from her break and agreed to switch our drink free of charge for a lemonade and handed us the same drink… Same syrupy refresher. Worst Dunkin ever,

This Dunkin has been awesome! I know whenever China is behind the counter my order comes out right and fast!

i don’t think anyone there knows how to read an app order. Never get it right! i work nearby and order for lunch often. i guess i hold out hope, but NOPE !! — wrong AGAIN Avoid this place. even though it’s in the hospital, just go to cafeteria instead
