Dunkin'

Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend. They are super friendly people that always greet you with a smile and make your day! All of their drinks and snacks are delicious, you have to try it! I love this location so much!!

Amani is so AMAZING! She is quick and efficient! She is usually my barista and gets my coffee order perfect every time. She is familiar with her customers, kind and polite. even when she’s not there, the team is very upbeat and always greets me when I walk in. Very glad I came back to this Dunkin’ definitely coming back for my weekly coffee ☕️

Not the employees fault, but on a Sunday before noon they were out of every bagel with the exception of a sesame seed, and were completely out of munchkins. The managers should have metrics forecasting how much product they should make, so I don't know if it was just an exceptionally busy Sunday, or if they didn't adequately prepare. Out of the 4 items I ordered through the app 2 were out of stock, leaving me to have to contact support for a refund on 1 of them because they are not able to in store (not even a store issue, that one is corporate). Also, the replaced bagel wasn't even toasted, let alone the extra toast I requested. I'll chalk it up to a bad day, and will give them another chance if I'm back on that side of town.

This location most of their employees are rude careless and lazy. They don’t care about the customer in the least. The drinks are watered the food is burnt and the manger’s aren’t much better. The morning manager is usually kind and friendly. It’s weird when you order they tend to act like you’re bothering and interrupting them. If you can avoid at all cost.

Disappointed as Dunkin' is usually my go-to. I have ordered the $6 meal deal twice in the last two weeks. Each time, the order has been messed up. Today, I got a Bacon & Egg Croissant with a Pumpkin Iced Coffee/Hashbrowns. I said "no cheese" and the lady repeated that back to me. I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time. Somehow, by the time I pulled to the window - the cashier shoved the food in my face. I should have taken that as a red flag, but paid and received my drink. I get home and no egg. My sandwich was croissant, cheese, and two pieces of bacon. I figured I can salvage the hash browns - nope they tasted stale and old. Again, not sure why my meal wasn't made fresh.
