Tell me why they charged me on my card more than they said in person. I literally bought one doughnut and they’re trying to charge me five dollars mine you the doughnut was stale. I honestly can never complain but what is this? They don’t even answer the phone I deserve something back because this is insanity manager immediately.

this place used to be great before covid. then they started hiring lazy teenagers. i understand what its like to not wanna serve customers right before closing or have to stay late, especially in the food industry but you cannot act the way these employees act. running away and pretending to not see a customer and be in the area, and then pretending to run out of something just because you dont wanna make it is shady and lazy. i had a previous issue where they turned the oven off an HOUR before they closed after i placed a mobile order and told me it was "procedure". the manager called after my email complaint and said it was not procedure and he didnt know why they did that. the kid was also literally mopping over my feet as i was standing there asking why i couldnt just get the food i pa

Don't use this location. She tried charging me for extra caramel in my coffee lol. That's illegal in NY. However I did grab a huge handful of straws to get something out of it. Oh well

Like most others. Wasn't too busy I ordered ahead. Everything was ready except for a drink that they didnt have the secret sauce for. Otherwise typical.

No customer service 0 out of10 the lady at front so rude refuse to use my reward … they need to fire her as soon as possible
