Dunkin'

They will get your order wrong and give you a hard time when you want it corrected. I asked for a large but got a medium and got charged a dollar to correct it even though it’s less than a dollar difference. Then what I received was just extra ice and it was not even filled to the top of the cup. Typically I love dunkin but this location has a tendency to over charge and have poor customer service.

Every single time i order from here my orders wrong, they over charge for whipped cream then don't give it to you in your drink, they don't advise you of any up charge, but have no problem trying to throw out your receipt so you don’t see the charge. The caramel iced latte is literally promoted with the whipped cream on it. The drive through is super slow with barely any cars in the morning. It’s the only drive through Dunkin on the way to work for alot of people besides Starbucks on 109. Guess I’ll be switching back to Starbucks.

i would say this dunkin is good but definitely not the best condition, i ordered stuffed bagel minis and they were not even stuffed with enough cream cheese, me and my mother got 2 refreshers and they tasted different from when we usually get them, the only thing i liked tho was that the food came quickly however they took there sweet time to serve us.

This must be the slowest dunking donut in the world!!! I get my coffee at 5:40 and I have never experience this type of tardiness. It takes about or more than 15 minutes!!! Only one person in the store. Too slow! The coffee tastes watered down!!

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed immature and more interested in laughing among themselves than in taking orders. They didn't allow me to finish my order before asking if I wanted anything else. Yesterday I paid for a coffee that was completely wrong. I hope management can address this to ensure better customer service in the future.
