Dunkin'

The coffee always taste rather decent but here lately every time I come to Dunkin’ Donuts I almost regret it because I get 90% ice and 10% coffee. I get it. It is an iced coffee. But at this rate, I’m just gonna go to Starbucks, spend the extra two or three bucks and get my coffees worth. I’ll revisit in a week, but this has been a consistent nuisance. I really want to enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts and the good prices and the rather good coffee but I don’t like to eat ice, I’d rather drink coffee.

I ordered through the app. Got to the drive thru and the lady barely said two words. The food was edible but I definitely do not plan on ordering anything other than a drink if that.

About two years ago, I stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts regularly because I noticed a clear decline in the quality of service. While the donuts have always been pretty good....the rest of the experience has continued to go downhill. Now, I only stop by if I truly have no other choice. Today, I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told to wait, which I was fine with at first. However, after waiting a while and seeing only one car at the window, I figured it might be quicker to go inside. The store wasn’t particularly busy, but it still felt disorganized. All I ordered was a simple iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. When I took a sip, it was extremely bitter...basically undrinkable. If I wanted something that bitter, I would’ve just ordered a black coffee. I went back in and politely

If my food isn't burnt, it's wrong. Customer service never responds to feedback. I'll get my breakfast elsewhere.
