The gentleman that fixed my trip was very polite and helpful. My drink was good. The place was pleasant. I will return again.

Front door was locked after we had done an online order… line completely wrapped around the building… okay so, we get in the line to be able to get our f two dozen ordered in advanced donuts, and our two coffees… 30 minutes in the line. We finally are able to get our melted iced coffee and told that they are completely out of donuts but tomorrow they could help us with that. We are from out of state and will not be here tomorrow, so I declined the woman says “okay give your card refund” she then turned around and closed the window after sitting there for like two minutes we go to drive away and then as we are already pulling out she’s waving at us but the other car wrong with you pulling up. It’s just ridiculous….

I skipped other D&D that are closer to come to this location because the food is ALWAYS fresh and they’re fast/efficient - they’re even faster than the Chick-fil-A across the street even on a Saturday morning. Worth the drive! I know I can make a pit stop here even if I’m in a hurry.

Every weekend, the seating area inside the restaurant is very cold. I went to the the counter to ask if the management would turn the heat on. The young lady I asked acted like she was afraid to ask the manager. The manager told the employee "No" they would not turn on the heat. If all you want is to have your customers quickly come and go, maybe you should just close the inside and do drive through only.

I've been here several times and every time my drinks aren't hot like other locations. Additionally they put a lot of foam in my latte and the cup is half empty. I asked them to remake it it was the same. I hate giving bad reviews and I love patronizing this location but this is unacceptable. For the most part the people were pleasant and accommodating not that's it.
