Dunkin'

Donuts are always fresh and the coffee smells great. The place is clean, bright and relaxing. The staff are friendly, kind and always helpful. My favorite everytime: Boston Creme!

They got rid of half their parking and I'm pretty sure the employees take up the half thats left. Double drive through is lame and ineffective. The last straw for me however is that they got rid of my favorite items. Several donut varieties are gone including the lemon filled donut and the jelly filled munchkins. The donuts I did get tasted stale and were the texture and consistency of a donut sitting out for a few days. Wont be bothering to come back. Next time will just go across the street to donut haus.

They don’t listen. She told us twice 4 donuts and still didn’t charge it. Then wanted to charge us another 8$ because she didn’t listen. Turn your ears on!!

I tried this Dunkin three times in hope they we will get better since it is close to my house. The first time I ordered breakfast sandwiches and didn't realize till I got home that they were very burnt. Next time I went in the morning and hours said they were open but no one was there. This time the lobby wasn't open so I had to use the drive through. All the frosted doughnuts did not have sprinkles that were supposed to. They were put of munchkins and the majority of doughnuts even they had just opened. Asked for vanilla creeme, when i got home and took a bite realized t was the wrong doughnut. It was filled with some fruit jelly. They also burnt my grilled cheese to the point that I could not eat it.

Super friendly and welcoming smile right as I walked in the door. Was so impressed with the cashier that I wanted to share praise with the manager and asked another worker to speak with them. Come to find out the manager was the cashier who did the impressing!!! Way to set an outstanding example and lead others in professionalism and friendly excellent customer service. You rock!
